The Jackson Bottom Wetlands Education Center is the ideal location for your next event! The Wetlands Education Center opened its doors in the fall of 2003. This beautiful 12,000 square-foot facility is nestled on the southern edge of the 710 acres of Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve. Fantastic views of wildlife are seen from the spacious deck. The sounds of the city disappear as you enter this tranquil area. The main classroom will seat up to 80 people, a large covered deck overlooking the Preserve will accommodate over 150 people, and the interactive exhibit hall has learning opportunities for all ages. You may reserve one area or the entire facility for that special event! Our lovely setting is conducive to business meetings, banquets, presentations, workshops, receptions, class reunions, education classes, seminars, birthday parties and meetings.

Banquets and Receptions

If your event calls for food and beverage service, we have a list of selected local caterers to meet your needs. Your choices include a number of experienced vendors with established track records. You can also make arrangements to bring your own food and beverages.
